Seamless Selection Process
Our selection process is time-tested and proven to deliver results. Some of the steps we adhere to include:
- Understanding Client Needs and the job requirements
- Deploying appropriate search options to populate qualified candidates
- Qualifying and pre-screening the candidates
- Interviewing the short-listed candidates; language skills evaluation, oral, written, Software testing and Behavioral profiling as required
- Scheduling Interviews and presenting select candidates
- Conducting reference checks, managing candidate expectations and preparing the finalized candidate for a successful start
- Post-placement follow up with the candidate
Fee Schedule
Fees for permanent placement are a percentage of the first year's annual salary. Each placement comes with a replacement guarantee, provided that our payment terms have been honored. For Contract placements, we invoice you the agreed hourly rate bi-weekly and the candidate is paid directly by us. We maintain the payroll, and all associated paperwork.
